Selectek is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Document Management Administrative Professional to join our team in the fast-paced electrical construction industry.
In this role, you ll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and accessibility of essential project documentation across multiple job sites and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain project documents including contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, permits, and specifications
Monitor document revisions and ensure up-to-date records through version control processes
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to track documentation flow and deadlines
Prepare and distribute document packages and reports to internal teams and clients
Ensure documentation complies with industry standards, client requirements, and company protocols
Support daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and digital filing Required:
2 plus years of experience as a Document Control Admin for either a construction firm or electrical engineering firm.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective written & verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask Preferred:
Document Control Software experience with Procore, Sharepoint, Bluebeam, Autodesk is not required but highly preferred.
College Degree Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00
Term: 6-month temp to perm
