Entry Level Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with senior team members to learn every aspect of our event marketing and fundraising operations. From campaign development and client relations to team management and leadership training, this role provides a 360-degree view of what it takes to lead a successful marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing and fundraising events

Learn the fundamentals of client communication, campaign strategy, and team coordination

Train alongside experienced managers to develop leadership and decision-making skills

Support daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and event logistics

Build relationships with donors and event attendees while promoting client missions

Analyze campaign performance and contribute to team goals and improvement strategies

Take on leadership responsibilities as progress is demonstrated

Experience in customer service, sales, or event marketing is a plus but not required
