Pay Range: $90 - $95 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary:

As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading the agile journey, ensuring streamlined sprint executions and fostering an environment ripe for continuous improvement and high-caliber team dynamics. You will lead and coach cross-functional teams on Agile best practices while being the primary liaison between the development teams and project stakeholders. Your aim will be to optimize team productivity and project deliverables by meticulously removing impediments and facilitating effective sprint planning and retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate scrum processes, sprint planning, and execution, ensuring impediments are swiftly addressed.

Act as the primary communication conduit between the development team, product management, and program teams to mitigate risks and coordinate activities.

Engage in vital planning with Product Owners and Managers for both short and long-term project milestones, maintaining a robust work backlog for execution.

Lead the charge in tracking, analyzing, and reporting Agile adoption metrics and team progress to stakeholders.

Serve as a change agent, optimizing Agile methodologies to elevate team performance and project outcomes. Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies with proven experience in a leadership role.

Strong ability to facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting transparency and trust.

Solid background in using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence for project tracking and management. Industry Experience:

A minimum of 5 years in IT or software development settings with at least 1 year dedicated to executing scrum methodologies. Previous experience in a similar domain is highly appreciated. Certifications:

Holding PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification will be an advantage. ABOUT AKRAYA
