Pay Range: $85 - $90 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Modeler and Engineer to join our team, focusing on implementing scalable and efficient data models within the data mesh architecture. The ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure the reliability and efficiency of data processing. Utilizing Databricks, the role involves optimizing data pipelines and maintaining high data integrity and consistency across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable data models within a Data Mesh architecture, emphasizing domain-driven design, data as a product, and federated governance.

Work closely with stakeholders, including data architects and engineers, translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating these effectively.

Utilize Databricks for data engineering tasks like data processing, validation, and orchestration.

Optimize data pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient data processing, high performance, and scalability.

Implement data validation rules and quality checks to guarantee data integrity and consistency. Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in Databricks and Spark

Proficiency in SQL and Python

Strong problem-solving and communication skills Industry Experience:

Experience in data product modeling within a Data Mesh architecture is required for this role.
