Job Details
Assist proceduralist during complex diagnostic and interventional vascular, body-interventional cases with scrubbing side by side with specialty proceduralist.
Positively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, radiologists, and vascular surgeons.
Groin management post-intervention. Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year prior experience as a licensed Radiology Tech required.
Strong knowledge of Floor and ceiling-mounted fluoroscopic modality machines.
Ability to identify, retrieve, and circulate complex products during interventional procedural cases.
Ability to critically think during interventional cases and complex cases to assist proceduralist.
Ability to operate power injection of iodinated contrast media device during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Knowledge of documentation in electronic medical records and send images to Sectra/PACs system.
Strong communication skills using closed-loop communication.
Ability to maintain sterile technique and maintain infection prevention measures to set up procedural trays for caseload.
Demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to professionally and effectively communicate information to patients required.
Strong organizational skills required.
