Responsibilities
Responsible for the continuous development of digital solutions within the Engage area
Analyze complex real estate business requirements and derive development-ready specifications
Drive the implementation of the product vision and strategy in close collaboration with Product Management
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Growth, Sales, and Consulting – from concept and requirement definition to transparent communication of goals and progress
Plan, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, considering strategic, technical, and security-relevant aspects
Collaborate closely with the development team: you define clear requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and support implementation in an agile process
Ensure quantitative and qualitative transparency: regular reporting on progress, velocity, and burndown
Direct interaction with customers – you listen actively, ask the right questions, and proactively respond to feedback
Profile
Completed technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering) or comparable professional experience – combined with a solid technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital products
You naturally integrate AI tools into your daily work
Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style – you think in solutions, not in perfection
Experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience working in cross-location teams and with external partners
Fluent in both German and English
Structured, solution-focused working style and strong communication skills – even in complex environments and when interacting with customers
