CNC Programmer

Job OverviewCardinal Staffing has an immediate opening for a CNC Programmer who will work in a fast paced automotive, aerospace, and defense low-volume/high mix manufacturing company.

Core Responsibilities

Program and run 5-axis CNC Machines

Set tool heights and tool blocks.

Maintain order lists and job priorities

Change program and tools

Organize and coordinate with coworkers

Keep machines running

Insure proper part labeling and staging

PM machines and toolsRequirements

At least 5 yearsâ experience.

Experience with Work NC software - preferred

GD&T - review drawings and make changes as necessary

Check parts against the drawings

Must have worked in a shop environment.

Basic computer knowledge.

Knowledge of grid system and basic shop math
