HireLevel is looking for a Quality Safety Manager in Saint Louis, MO.

This is an individual responsible for overseeing the facility's quality system to ensure that processes meet regulatory and customer standards.

Shift: 6 am- 4:30 pm

Compensation: $20-23 BOE

Responsibilities of Quality Safety Manager

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Organize and conduct safety training programs for team members promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Oversee the inspection and audits of products to identify and resolve quality issues.

Address customer complaints and non-conformance by identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, responsible for all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements of a Quality Safety Manager

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.)

Proven ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

?Industry Experience with Aluminum Anodizing, Coatings, Aluminum Extrusion, Metal Fabrication, Machining and Value-added processing.
