We are looking for a Logistics and Supply Chain enthusiast to support the function across Australia and New Zealand from our Sydney CBD office

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Logistics and Supply Chain functions in an accurate and efficient manner, in accordance to customs and local authorities’ procedure and regulations within the set allocated timeframe.

CITES Management

Cites Permit application and acquittals

Verify overseas supplier re-export Cites Permit

Cites Permit inventory control

SAP Transactions

Processing of Inbound and Outbound orders (IDNs/ODNs)

Monitoring of Inbound and Outbound orders

Perform PGR & PGI (Post Goods Receipt and Issue)

Processing of Return Orders (RFC1/RTV1)

Inbound Shipments (Import)

Shipping advice dispatch

Australian invoice dispatch

Co-ordinate with forwarder

Outbound Shipments (Export)

Export shipping invoice preparation

Export shipment booking

Prepare re-export cites permit

Coordinate with forwarder

Domestic Deliveries

Arrange courier service for office/Customer Service/Boutiques

Organize deliveries of POSM with 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider

Ensure compliance with Group’s transportation guidelines

Stock Management

Conduct periodic cycle count

Pick and pack stocks for photoshoots and events

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

2-3 years’ experience in logistics (warehousing and freight) and SAP MM

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give effective status updates

A strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Proactive approach, ready to take initiative

Flexibility to shift directions at short notice and remain calm

A team mindset, willing to do what it takes to get the job done and help the team get the job done
