Starting with the role:

We are searching to hire a Water Cycle Specialist to prepare tenders proposals, including technical and financial aspects, by developing technical solutions and communicating with relevant vendors/ third parties for technical analysis and equipment required. Also the role will manage third parties for technical input required and reviews the relevant analysis

During your day you will:

Prepare the technical chapter of the tender submission by understanding project’s specifications, equipment and relevant risks, compiling the technical aspects of the proposal and collaborating with Thalis’ teams to develop a competitive bid

Manage Third Parties (Technical Consultants, Technology Providers, Subcontractors) and reviews and evaluates technical input produced by them, analyzes and validates calculations, technical specifications for Water Cycle processes

Formulate tender’s budget by taking into consideration project’s cost objects, profitability required etc.

Design Mechanical and Biological Processes and models for Water Cycle Management Projects (Hydraulic projects for water supply, irrigation, sewerage, water and wastewater treatment plants etc.)

Communicate with Third Parties (Vendors, Technical Consultants, Technology Providers, Subcontractors)

Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, equipment and regulations in the energy sector and specifically in the water cycle industry

Contribute to the preparation of appeals and questions for the open tenders

Evaluate and monitor of Water Cycle management projects during construction through site visits

What you need to stand out:

BSc degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering

MSc degree in Engineering (relevant fields water cycle) will be considered an asset

Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role in water cycle management

Experience in engineering consulting offices will be considered an asset

Water cycle projects (water supply, sewerage, irrigation)

Water and waste water treatment projects

Process modeling and simulation for Water cycle, Mechanical projects

Excellent Knowledge on 2D and (3D Design non compulsory – preferably)

Very good command of the English language, written and verbal

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite

Organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail
