Responsibilities:

Prepares and updates various monthly financial reports, analyses, and complex accounting activities for different entities within North America, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, IFRS, ERP systems, and financial standards.

Leads the Operations Finance team in overseeing inventory management, production reporting, and standard costing calculations for both current and upcoming products.

Collaborates with the Operations team to analyze spending trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Undertakes additional related duties and special projects within the finance department as needed.

Requirements:

3+ years standard costing experience is required

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
