Full-Time Live-Out Governess - Bozeman, MT Travel

A family of three, in Bozeman, Montana, is seeking a full-time, live-out governess to help them in raising their 3-year-old daughter. The daily schedule would be Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. In addition, the role requires a lot of travel and living in MT, NYC and the Bahamas. The family is going to be home schooling, so teaching experience or prior experience as a nanny dealing with home schooling is a must! The family is open to relocating the perfect fit! The position is looking to hire immediately and is seeking longevity to grow with the family over the years.

Responsibilities

Daily childcare of a three-year-old (in pre-k mornings currently, and in the Fall, starting a Regio/Montessori-based program in Boseman)

Capable of helping to teach while not in Bozeman in a school setting

Hitting the appropriate milestones at each age range

Educational awareness in daily activities

Home schooling

Helping with organizing her closet, clothing, room, and toys

Packing for travel, etc.

Cooking healthy meals and snacks for the child

Laundry

Errands/some tasks around managing the house when child is in school

Requirements

Legal to work in the US

Passport ready

Comfortable swimming

Clean and valid driver's license

Comfortable driving in the snow

Flexibility is required for this role.

Living a nomadic lifestyle to an extent

Early childhood development/education is a plus

Prior teaching experience or experience dealing with home schooling is a must

Salary and Benefits

The family is open on a salary depending on experience.
