Material Handler

Contract to Hire

Material Handler – Niles, MI

3rd shift 12:00am - 8:00am $18.50/hr.

Job Duties:

Forklift

Loading and unloading trucks.

Operate a scan gun.

Chemical mixing

Use of electronic data interchange and computer to generate and manage shipping paperwork.

Requirements:

6 + months automotive forklift experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shipping experience

Computer experience

Stable work history

Must be a team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

No Felonies

Steel-toed shoes

Reliable form of transportation

High School Diploma or GED Required

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions.
