Position: Production Operative

Salary: £12.50 per hour (first 12 weeks), £13.00 per hour (after 12 weeks)
Working Hours:
Shift 1: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Reports to: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture sealants and glazing compounds.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency in production processes.
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Report any malfunctions or issues with machinery to the Production Supervisor.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred.
Basic understanding of production processes and machinery operation.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
