THE JOB: As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will manage all operations for assigned areas within Housekeeping.
You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY: * Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
* Assist in developing new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency.
* Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.
* Manage schedules, staffing levels, and succession planning to ensure smooth operations.
* Uphold company policies, legal requirements, and union agreements.
* Support and coach Housekeeping Floor Managers to help them grow in their roles.
* Ensure all rooms meet quality assurance and sanitation standards through daily inspections.
* Work closely with other departments to maintain a collaborative work environment.
* Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience related field, or equivalent experience.
* 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience relevant experience.
* Is 21 years or older.
* Has leadership experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting (hotel, resort, casino, or similar). * Has experience working with unionized teams.
* Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Has hands-on experience with hotel housekeeping software systems.
