PARAMEDIC FOR QUICK RESPONSE TEAM (QRT) Single role provider opportunity for Paramedics that enjoy a fast pace and immediate impact .
MedCare is hiring dedicated Paramedics to grow and expand our Quick Response Team (QRT).
This Advanced Life Support (ALS) team was created to better serve The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and OhioHealth emergency departments in Central Ohio.
Primarily performing ED to ED transfers within the Franklin County area with an emphasis on emergent and urgent patients.
Providing advanced life support in a prompt, resourceful, and efficient manner to all patients transported by the Quick Response Team.

Competitive Pay and Benefits with the following Shift Differentials
Monday-Thursday 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. $4.00 per hour
Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. $5.00 per hour
Saturday & Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. $4.00 per hour
PARAMEDIC RECEIVE $2,500 SIGN -ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME, $1,250 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR PART TIME
(half paid at 6 months and half at 1 year)
Minimum Qualifications
• Licensed as a Paramedic by the State of Ohio Division of Emergency Medical Services and maintained in good standing.
• Must possess a current American Heart Association CPR certification and maintain in good standing.
• Paramedic employees must also possess a current American Heart Association ACLS certification, maintained in good standing.
• Must possess a valid Ohio Driver's License and be eligible for driving privileges based on current policies and procedures.
