Main Responsibilities:
· Work together with the team(s) in achieving service levels and processing travelers’/travel arrangers’ requests whenever necessary or required by the volume of requests
· To process the work received in a timely manner and in full compliance with CWT standards including but not limited to use of GDS scripts, queues, ID data requirements, etc.
· Provide consultancy on every aspects of travel requirement i.e. document and visa arrangement, insurance policy, etc. which comply to travel policy
· Provide suitable recommendations of routing and ticketing to clients with lowest logical airfares (LLA) policy, to reserve and issue the tickets
· Reply to all queries within the given time frame
· Build and maintain good client relationships
· Working hours to include weekend and/or Public holiday (shifting) which will be different with regular team
Qualifications:
Experience & education:
· Experience
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
o Having experience in TMC will be an advantage
o Experience in using GDS like Sabre and Amadeus
o Has knowledge and experience in ticketing such as issuing tickets, reissuance, refund, and issuing hotel vouchers
o Flexible in schedule (night shift/ weekend/ public holiday)
o Preferably male
· Languages
o English fluent in both written and verbal communication
· Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)
o Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
o IATA certification an added advantage
o Excellent knowledge of reservation systems (GDS) – preferably Sabre, IATA fares and ticketing
o Good command of MS Office and Excel
o Good attitude and interpersonal skills
o Demonstrate pro-active and “can do” solution driven approach
o Attentive to detail
o Ability to work as a team
