For almost 40 years, our client has been a top automotive manufacturing supplier. They are a global leader with multiple locations that put safety first, are committed to their community and focus on teamwork. They are looking to add a Project Engineer with automotive manufacturing experience to their team.

As Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Developing and managing project plans

Overseeing trades/contractors during equipment installs

Maintaining costs and budgets

Equipment layout

Improving processes

Working with vendors/suppliers

Assisting with product launches

To be considered for the Project Engineer position you must have:

A degree in engineering is preferred, not required

At least 5 years of previous project engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing facility

Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, etc

Hands-on ability

Experience with Lean, process improvements, cost reductions, etc
