Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and has prior experience in the production or manufacturing of wood flooring or related industries.

This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input and update manufacturing data into the company s systems, ensuring all records are complete and up to date Organize, file, and maintain production-related documents, including inventory records, production schedules, and quality control reports.

Generate and distribute regular reports for production metrics, inventory updates, and other manufacturing data as required.

Qualifications: Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in the wood flooring or related manufacturing industries.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with manufacturing software systems is a plus.
