Cold Store Supervisor (Depalpur)

This position is responsible for handling of incoming potato loads for productions as well as for potato storages.

Responsibilities

• Handling of daily incoming supplies at plant to ensure smooth production process as per production plans and close coordination with the production team.• Controlling and supervising of storage area staff in the shifts at all workstations.• Ensure storage monitoring as per recommended guidelines with corrective actions to achieve key storage attributes (Temperature, RH and CO2) within specifications.• Preparations of potato receiving and issuance reports on shift basis.• Ensure cold storage related inventory data entry in Excel and SAP on shift basis.• Safety Awareness: Ensure awareness to personal and other’s safety in area of responsibility and ensure to adhere Safety protocols.• Ensure executions of potato cold storages best practices as per PCI recommendations.• To implement storage safety, food safety and security programs and activities at storage sites.• Ensure to complete on time CIPC applications to maintain potato health.• To monitor Agro equipment operations in shifts and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance through collaboration with engineering team.• Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste as per protocol.• Maintain good housekeeping and product quality and food safety to ensure compliance against FSSC 22000, AIB, AASHA, QAASHA, IPS standards and Internal food safety audits.
