Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international recruitment team on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to promoting our employer brand and coordinating successful hires. Youll operate independently in a remote environment, collaborating closely with a multicultural and values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

Strengthen our employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience

Conduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill talent needs

Champion an inclusive recruitment approach to support workforce diversity

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting

Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable working remotely and autonomously

Experience in multicultural or international work environments is a plus

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
