Must Haves: - Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy - Valid State Physical Therapy License required - Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required - 1+ year of Outpatient orthopedic experience - *Cannot be a new grad Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for 2 experienced physical therapists to work in an outpatient clinic in Ridgecrest, CA. This person would be working 40 hours a week Monday-Friday with the option to choose their schedule based on the following requirements: can chose a shift between 7am-6pm Monday-Thursday, then and 7am-5pm on Friday. Later shifts are preferred. This person would be seeing 12 patients a day - 60 a week and about 2 per hour. This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outpatient environment. This will be a 13-week contract with a high likelihood to get extended to 6 months, and the opportunity to go permanent. Upon conversion, there is a $20k sign on bonus that will be paid out over the course of two years.
