Operations Manager North Branch Viking Coca-Cola Bottling a privately owned business with locations in western Wisconsin and central Minnesota is seeking a Operations Manager for the North Branch, MN branch.

The Operations Manager's primary responsibility is to supervise Viking Coca Cola and First Choice Route Drivers, Relief Drivers, Overnight Express Drivers, Bulk Drivers, Warehouse Staff including first and second shift staff, by providing direction, guidance, counseling, and monitoring performance.

Responsibility of facility and grounds.

Management of all operating expenses.

The position will maintain consistent operating procedures to ensure quality and effective customer service.

Requirements for this position will include; High School Education or equivalent Warehouse, tractor/trailer and Beverage vending experience helpful Valid Driver's License, and health card with satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check according to the company's Vehicle Safety Policy Class A CDL preferred but not required.
