Job Description:

Our Call Center is seeking a Full-Time Collector/Customer Service Position. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Handling customer service/collection calls

Setting up payment plans and determining settlements for consumers unable to pay their debt

Documenting all communication and actions

Performing general office duties Qualifications:

Superior customer service and organizational skills

Proficiency in Excel and Outlook

Strong oral and written communication skills
