GLOBAL COMPASSION ADMINISTRATOR
REPORTS TO: GLOBAL COMPASSION PASTOR
RELATES CLOSELY WITH: COMPASSION TEAM, CENTRAL STAFF & CONGREGATIONAL TEAMS
CLASSIFICATION: PART TIME//30 HOURS
SALARY: $28/HOUR
WestGate Church, a non-denominational, multi-congregational church situated in one of the most diverse and influential regions of the world—the Silicon Valley—is seeking an energetic and proficient Global Compassion Administrator to support the Global Compassion Pastor in championing Global Compassion efforts and build relationships with ministry partners. This part-time role (Monday - Thursday) may require occasional work on weekends as well as evening hours.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Compassion Team to ideate, develop, and coordinate Global Compassion efforts both within and outside the walls of WestGate Church.
Attend and support all GO Board meetings; take minutes, manage follow-up communications, and process tasks such as check requests and elder proposals.
Ensure monthly and annual missionary support payments are accurately processed and documented.
Maintain consistent, professional communication with missionaries and ministry partners.
Collaborate with the Compassion Team to plan and coordinate Compassion Immersion including scheduling missionaries and CI representatives across campuses.
Support WestGate Water by onboarding interested serve team members and overseeing the purchasing of supplies.
Respond to Global Compassion serve inquiries, connecting individuals to the appropriate team leads.
Provide light support as needed to Local Compassion, including Beautiful Day, Safe Car Park, and Food Pantry.
Assist with GO Trip logistics and communication as schedule allows.
Coordinate with congregational teams and ministry partners to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of events.
