MAIN PURPOSE
Provide expert support on analysis of business performance, monthly and cycle forecast, support business decision with simulation as well as leading transversal commercial projects with various stakeholders within market, regional, and HQ team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Performance Analysis
Establish business performance report and the business review with commercial team
Provide analysis against plans and working with cross functions to improve overall business performance.
Assist various commercial feasibility simulations for new business cases and market key commercial strategies.
Commercial Forecast and Reporting
Participate in month-end sales closing and lead commercial dashboard for commercial stakeholders at Cartier Thailand.
Prepare monthly performance summary and detailed reports and make necessary improvement to ensure relevance to business need.
Prepare and consolidate information for Commercial teams on Budget and Latest Estimates assumptions.
Assisting the preparation of weekly/latest estimates.
Work with SDP and MarCom team to collect key inputs and provide analysis for any commercial strategies and consolidate them especially during the Market Action Plan preparation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support implementation and drive adoption of new performance tools (new BI reporting, new dashboard etc.).
Develop and implement retail execution plans for key sales initiatives: commission plan, incentives, boutique organization including headcount requests, roles & missions
Support Commercial Director in reporting including but not limited to commercial, sales, traffic;
Daily sales
Customer analysis and traffic flow
Staff commission/incentive scheme
Ad Hoc reports supporting sales and aftersales service
Projects Management
Partner with Commercial Director and Retail Operations Manager to develop and oversee projects related to supporting retail key business priorities for any sales, operations, stock management and client service related projects/topics
Champion for retail and retail partnership project management in order to construct commercial feasibility study to have a full picture of current and future network strategy, cities strategy, boutique brief package, and commercial performance gap analysis with specific projects on improvement plan.
Manage resources effectively and be a key project leader collaborating with all related parties to project timeline, roll out plans, and follow up on results with measurable KPIs.
Support commercial team in developing business acumen skills.
Retail Operations and Compliance
Work hand in hand with Retail Operations Manager to ensure operations run effectively and efficiently and lead process improvement initiatives.
Support commercial director in coordination and follow-up of boutique openings and renovations.
Assist commercial team to secure the Cartier compliance and Internal Control items throughout all the Cartier operation touchpoints
Collaborate with regional ICS, local Brand Controller, and commercial teams to ensure brand’s adherence to internal control requirement and adequate documentation of controls & processes
Identify risk areas specific to the brand and work with Regional Compliance Manager and Cartier Management to close the gap
Oversee and support effective stocks management
Goods received/ Transfer process efficiency
Reservation handling
Consumer tag labelling management
