Position Title: Sr. PCB LayoutDesigner

Qualifications:
US Citizen
Degree in related field or verified experience with PCB Design.
At least 4 to 7 years experience with technical PCB boards and competency with safety and other procedures associated with electromagnetic parts.
Key Results:
Designing and developing Printed Circuit Boards (PCB).
Design PCB layouts to develop high-speed and reliable circuits
Analyze and resolve design related issues in a timely manner.
Inventory cycle counts are accurate 100% of the time.
Ensure internal and external customers experience good customer service 100% of the time.
Generate documents using computer aided drafting (CAD) for schematic, assembly and fabrication drawings
Help engineers identify and resolve mechanical design issues related to PCBs.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Use CAD in preparing PCB assembly and schematic
Work with project team in understanding circuit requirements and limitations
Develop design documentations and requirements specifications for assigned projects
Provide support to PCB engineering, manufacturing and packaging teams when required
Stay updated with latest design techniques
Perform component placement and maintain integrity between components
Conduct job trainings and provide assistance to junior team members when needed
Other activities as identified and assigned
