Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry tasks.
Respond efficiently to emails, managing communications with various customers.
Maintain organization and focus on customer needs via email.
Remember and manage thousands of part numbers related to high-end home products.
Handle difficult people and scheduling with professionalism and patience.

Work Environment
This position is onsite in Carlsbad and involves working with a team of 7 people. The office environment is quiet and analytical, with team members committed to keeping their heads down and working diligently. The shift is from 8am to 5pm. The company collaborates with top Biotech firms in San Diego.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
