FORVIA - HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic andexperienced Sales Operations Specialist. This corporate level role plays acritical function maintaining our contracts and invoicing as well as connectingour OEM partners with our product management and sales team members.

DailyResponsibilities
Manage, maintain, and coordinate all master contract and invoicing activities between our sales department and our OEM partners.
Employ problem solving strategies for our sales operations team within the guidelines of Forvia Hellas procedural and systemic standards
Tracking and securing the cash flow, reporting the status to the responsible departments and initiating appropriate measures with the involvement of the specialist departments and heads of external sales organizational units in the event of delays
Responsible for the operational management of internal sales activities and the identification of improvements, for example with regard to contract management and customer analysis
Understand the Forvia Hella product and technology portfolio and the overall business picture to recommend ideas to increase business
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Similar
2+ years of experience supporting contracts and invoicing for a sales organization
Prior experience working with SAP and SalesForce is required.
Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required
