Job Title: Sales Support Associate Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales support team.
In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to our sales operations department, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be proactive in handling tasks to support the sales team in meeting their sales targets.
Responsibilities + Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, contracts, and other sales documentation.
+ Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups are logged.
+ Support sales reps in partnership with other members of the sales support team.
+ Submit pricing requests and relay information to the proper member of the sales team.
+ Learn and use in-house technology to submit electric usage requests and evaluate historical usage and intervals.
+ Assist with submission of IT requests on behalf of the sales team and follow up to ensure completion.
+ Submit production support requests and perform status checks on those requests.
+ Assist sales team with support requests including emailing customer contracts, mailing marketing materials, researching current contract price, and electronically filing important customer documents and paperwork.
+ Identify recommendations for process efficiency based on issues raised by the sales team.
+ Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and promotions to assist the sales team and customers effectively.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
