Office hours Monday-Friday 9am-5p.m. Tuesday 10am-6p.m.

6OPS, 1 Assistant, 1 Hygienist

Endo, Fillings, Extractions (per providers discretion), Dentures, and Crowns & Bridges

Medical Director responsibilities:

Half day each week administrative to address the needs of the department

Offering:

• Salary based on years of experience

• Relocation assistance

• Student Loan repayment 50/k per year

• 10 Weeks Paid time off
