Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing
Draft clear, accurate, and persuasive legal documents, reports, and communications
Provide expertise in telecommunications regulatory issues, including the Communications Act and FCC regulations
Support clients with navigating complex telecommunications laws and regulations
Ensure the delivery of high-quality work within established deadlines
Produce accurate, timely, and well-organized work products
Collaborate with other team members and professionals to achieve client goals
Demonstrate leadership potential and contribute to managing the work of others as needed
Participate in digital/virtual conference calls and meetings as needed
Adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments while managing competing demands
Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership Requirements:
Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.
3-5 years of telecommunications experience
Prior experience with a law firm or FCC is preferred
Interest in telecommunications and spectrum-based technologies
Expertise in telecommunications regulatory issues under the Communications Act and familiarity with FCC processes
Strong analytical and writing skills
Attention to detail with strong business judgment
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Strong oral and written communication skills
Research and problem-solving abilities
Ability to influence and persuade others
Management potential and leadership abilities Education:
