PASTRY LINE COOK + PASTRY SERVER - EARN UP TO $680-$720 PER WEEK

Our Pastry Line Cooks + Pastry Servers are often the first people to greet our guests. They are an integral part of our restaurant and bakery service team providing exceptional hospitality, preparing and plating desserts and serving our delicious scratch-made food and drink.

WHAT OUR PASTRY LINE COOKS/PASTRY SERVERS DO:

Complete prep list, as assigned

Proof, bake, and decorate pastry items, following standard recipes and procedures within a specified time

Plate in house dessert orders

Fulfill online and to-go orders

Take and fulfill counter orders from guests

Collect payments from guests

Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages

Speak to and interact with guests and co-workers

Provide exceptional hospitality

Clean, organize, and maintain work area, reach-in refrigerators

Ensure adherence to food quality standards

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A PASTRY LINE COOK/PASTRY SERVER:

Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen or bakery preferred

Pastry preparation experience helpful

Passion for hospitality and food

Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism

Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace

Able to read and follow a recipe to standards

Are punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance

Contribute to a positive team environment

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds, as needed

Continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms

May be exposed to allergens, such as nuts, seeds, soy, shellfish, and dairy
