PCA Test Technician

Responsibilities: * Testing of circuit board assemblies to ensure compliance to defined standards.

* Supplements Precision Assembly work center during periods of insufficient capacity * Assists in the generation of new product or sub-assembly documentation and work instructions * Provides feedback to engineering regarding errors or omissions in existing documentation * Test PCAs.

* Troubleshoot to root cause * Read assembly drawings and schematics.

* Technical school graduate or equivalent experience preferred.

* Electronics, soldering, or component level assembly experience * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

* Craftsman skill level with assembly hand tools and light power tools.

* Consistency in providing neat and accurate work.

* Works well independently and assumes responsibility for own work.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and document processes clearly.

* Attention to detail and ability to retain communicated information.

* Comfortable with on-the-job training Second shift.

Hours 2 pm-10 pm.
