Join Our Mission to Transform Lives

About the Program

Comprehensive Foster Care - We ensure children across Massachusetts have safe, loving foster homes. In a state and a nation where every child is supposed to have a fair shot at success, we seek to lead the charge and deliver on this promise for one of the most systemically marginalized groups of young people - children and youth experiencing foster care.

We are the largest nonprofit provider of comprehensive foster care in Massachusetts. We recruit, train, and support loving foster homes. And we ensure that the children and teens in our care receive the resources, supports and opportunities that they deserve.

Who We Are Looking For

HopeWell is seeking a dynamic, compassionate Comprehensive Foster Care (CFC) Supervisor to lead our dedicated team serving children and adolescents in foster care. In this pivotal role, you'll bring your clinical expertise, leadership skills, and strengths-based approach to guide both our Comprehensive Foster Care and Support & Stabilization services.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who thrives on developing both staff and foster parents while navigating the complexities of the child welfare system with empathy and strategic thinking. Your ability to balance administrative responsibilities with trauma-informed care will ensure our programs deliver exceptional support to vulnerable youth and families involved with the Department of Children and Families.

If you're passionate about creating meaningful change in the lives of children experiencing foster care and ready to lead a team committed to this vital mission, we want to connect with you.

The Impact You'll Create

Working closely with the Program Director on the leadership team, you'll orchestrate aspects of our program-ensuring that each child receives the highest quality care through thoughtful coordination, innovative solutions, and unwavering advocacy.

Your role sits at the intersection of systems, bringing together HopeWell's Family Resource teams, clinical staff, and DCF partners in a unified approach that places children and families at the center of all we do. Through your trauma-informed leadership, you'll not only safeguard the well-being of children in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, but you'll also cultivate essential partnerships with public and private agencies that expand our collective impact.

Most significantly, you'll mentor and develop our dedicated CFC workers, transforming potential into expertise through thoughtful supervision, training, and guidance. Your ability to nurture staff growth directly translates to enhanced outcomes for the children and families we serve.

While primarily focused on team leadership, you'll occasionally step into direct service roles, demonstrating the compassionate, strengths-based approach that defines our work. By balancing strategic program development with day-to-day operational excellence, you'll create ripple effects of positive change that extend far beyond the immediate families we serve-building stronger communities and brighter futures for generations to come.
