Division Finance Officer- Consumer

Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

Support Consumer budget development and monitoring to ensure adherence to financial targets

Participate in development of annual strategic plan

Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to Consumer management identifying trends and variances thereby improving insight for management

Partner with Accounting on monthly internal financial review and close providing insight to division growth, revenue and expense

Understand deposit pricing impacts and flows, mortgage and HELOC pipelines

Provide insight on monthly rate and volume flows

Partner with the FP&A Costing team to understand and identify branch statistics for profitability reporting

Conduct regular financial forecasting and modeling

Ensure accurate, timely and consistent management reporting

Work with business line leaders on pricing, modeling new products & services

Support and help drive profitable growth

Skills and Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Experience

10+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting and analysis

Knowledge

Strong understanding of banking industry practices

Skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledgeable in financial software and systems including Axiom, Microsoft Office, Oracle, Power BI, Salesforce

Certifications

CPA or other relevant financial certifications are beneficial
