We are currently looking to fill a Jewelry Sales Associate position with a company in Tahlequah, OK.
A locally loved, high-end jeweler with decades of excellence is seeking a driven, persuasive, and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Associate who knows how to close deals and build lasting client relationships.

Pay: $20/hour for first 3 months. After 3 months $15/hour plus commissions.
Schedule: Tuesdayâ Friday 10:00 a.m.â 5:30 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m.â 3:00 p.m.
(Closed Sunday and Monday)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Success
Confidently close sales and consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
Connect with customers through storytelling and emotional engagement
Offer financing options and upsell complementary pieces to maximize each transaction
Guide clients through the full sales cycle â from discovery to decision
Deliver Exceptional Service
Create personalized experiences that make clients feel seen and celebrated
Follow up thoughtfully to build trust and long-term relationships
Assist with custom orders, repairs, and special occasion consultations
Be a Merchandising Maven
Keep product displays beautiful, clean, and well-stocked
Stay in tune with customer preferences and help shape inventory strategy
Support timely rollout of new pieces and collections
Stay Tech-Savvy & Organized
Use POS, customer books, and internal systems with accuracy and ease
Share insights and feedback to help improve the online and in-store experience
Uphold Trust & Integrity
Adhere to loss prevention policies and uphold store security protocols
Handle all customer data and purchase information with complete confidentiality

Requirements:
Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury goods experience preferred
Strong closing ability and a proven track record of hitting sales goals
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with diverse clients
Professional appearance and demeanor
Willingness to learn product knowledge and participate in regular training
Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and customer databases
Flexibility to work Saturdays and some evenings for special events
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Light lifting and occasional ladder use
