We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Consultant who can take on the dual role of Solutions and Technical Architect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint architecture, development, and consulting, with the ability to design and implement robust SharePoint solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design SharePoint solutions that align with organizational goals

Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall SharePoint architecture, including site structure, security, and governance

Implementation: Lead the implementation of SharePoint infrastructure and solutions, including custom development, configuration, and integration with other systems

Development: Create and maintain SharePoint sites, subsites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the SharePoint systems are secure, and data integrity is maintained

Consulting: Provide expert advice and guidance on SharePoint best practices, including user adoption, governance, and information architecture

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery

Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective use of SharePoint

Upgrades and Migrations: Plan and execute SharePoint upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SharePoint solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and user guides

User Support: Train and support end-users to ensure effective use of SharePoint

Best Practices: Conduct research and provide guidance on SharePoint best practices Experience & Skills:

In-depth knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online.

Proficiency in SharePoint development using SPFx, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PowerShell.

Experience with SharePoint migration tools and techniques.

Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and compliance.

Familiarity with Office 365 and related technologies

Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, and Teams

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools

Preferred Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid; Microsoft Certified: Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Certification in SharePoint or related technologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of the retail domain and its specific requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent organizational and time management skills
