Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of power supply products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring products meet rigorous specifications and industry standards.

Conduct thorough testing and analysis to assess product reliability and performance under various conditions.

Document and communicate test results, providing detailed feedback to design teams to drive continuous improvement.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of validation methodologies and processes to ensure efficient and effective testing.

Support the preparation of product documentation, including test reports and validation records, to meet regulatory and quality requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into validation processes.

Assist in the identification and implementation of corrective actions to address any design or performance issues discovered during testing.

Participate in design reviews and provide input to ensure validation considerations are integrated into the product development lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in design validation or a similar engineering role.

Experience with validation methods and tools is a plus.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance.

Proficiency in relevant software tools for documentation and analysis.
