Warehouse Supervisor (Third Shift)

Description

This Warehouse Supervisor, reporting to the Director of Inventory Control & Projects, will work with Inbound and Outbound Managers to ensure the Operations Team is running at optimal productivity levels. We are seeking an analytical minded controller who is commitment to our company values of Dedication, Teamwork and Commitment to Growth.

This position is responsible for the development of messaging, programming, resources and tools tied to growing our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborative with others in a positive manner to build a high-performing team

Able to lead a team of 25 - 40 employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Relentless ability to continuously improve processes and key performance indicators

Communicating, problem solving, and collaborating with Supervision, Management, Systems, and HR teams

Adjusting of employees to keep the warehouse running efficiently. This includes teams on the warehouse floor and employees within the office

Attendance and Employee tracking

Entry and distribution of specialized reports to all levels of Lipari Employees

Ensuring all shift closing procedures are followed and adhered to

Track all disciplinary actions to ensure they are properly communicated to all concerned parties

Lead a team to increase productivity, accuracy and overall warehouse quality

Other tasks as assigned Position Requirements:

High School or Equivalent

Minimum 1 year of warehouse systems knowledge or warehouse operations knowledge required

Fast and efficient typing

Proficient with ExcelAS400/NCR Systems is a plus.

Computer knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs

Must be able to work in cold environments in a warehouse setting

Salary: $55,000 per year

Shift: Third shift
