We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Oracle EBS HRMS/Payroll Techno-Functional Developer that is ready for a challenging and rewarding career at a growing organization. You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, providing solutions to many business partners throughout the organization.
This position will be involved in the analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation and production support of Oracle EBS applications, reports, interfaces, etc.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, code, test, debug and support Oracle Custom applications and/or Oracle EBS applications in any or all of the following Oracle EBS Modules: HRMS and Payroll
Interact with leadership across multiple business units
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support daily activities
Troubleshoot complex issues
Analyze and convert business requirements into technical requirements and deliver solutions using PL/SQL Developer
Participate in performance tuning
Assist with Year End reconciliation and reporting
Develop functional and technical requirement documentation
Adhere to team guidelines and delivery standards
Qualifications
BS or BA degree in Business Systems or Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
10+ years of relevant information systems experience
Strong PL/SQL design and development experience
Working knowledge of Oracle Database 11g and/or later versions
Superior teamwork skills are essential
Excellent communication skills are essential
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential
Experience with EBS R12.1 and/or R12.2 preferred
Experience configuring fast formulas is preferred
Experience with Unix scripting is preferred
Experience analyzing Payroll Run Results
Working knowledge of balance architecture
Experience with Oracle Payroll Technical objects (Tables & APIs) is preferred
Experience with Self Service module (OA Framework) personalization is preferred
Experience with Forms Personalization’s (Core Forms) is preferred
Experience configuring triggers preferred
XML Publisher is preferred
Oracle Workflow experience is a plus
Oracle Forms and Reports 6i experience is a plus
Experience with OAF is preferred (custom check printing) is a plus
Experience creating Payroll Elements/Balances/Skip Rules is preferred
Experience with Work Structure setups is a plus
