What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

Handle inquiries, technical questions, and service issues with a friendly and efficient approach

Ensure customer satisfaction with accurate, personalized support

Log customer interactions and feedback clearly in our system

Product Knowledge & Guidance

Learn the ins and outs of our digital solutions

Help customers get the most from our platform

Stay updated on product changes, features, and company policies

Collaboration & Growth

Work closely with your team to improve service delivery

Meet KPIs related to resolution time, satisfaction, and quality

Participate in continuous learning and career development programs

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in French (C1/C2 – written & spoken)

Basic English (B1/B2) for internal communication

Strong customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills

Ability to work in rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)

Previous customer service experience is a plus – but not a must

Friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to learn!
