Position Title: EDI Implementation Business Analyst

Work Type: Onsite Hybrid (Houston RTO – Return to Office mandate)

Job Description:

We are urgently hiring 2 to 3 Senior EDI Implementation Business Analysts for a high-priority engagement in Houston, TX, supporting CEVA Logistics via Infosys.

This is a hybrid onsite role with an expectation of being in the office at least 3 days a week. Initially, a stronger onsite presence is encouraged to build client trust and rapport, with flexibility possible after that.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between external customers, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams.

Conduct in-depth requirement gathering sessions with external EDI partners and internal business teams.

Perform logical mapping of EDI transactions between partner requirements and backend application processes.

Own and coordinate the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and full onboarding lifecycle for new EDI partners.

Operate independently and drive deliverables without micromanagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in EDI implementation and business analysis.

Strong understanding of EDI mapping, trading partner onboarding, and integration workflows.

Experience working directly with external customers and business stakeholders.

Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
