What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee all pharmacy operations, including staff management and departmental budgeting

Develop, enforce, and monitor pharmacy policies and accreditation standards

Drive program development, productivity strategies, and clinical best practices

Lead, mentor, and empower a talented pharmacy team

Manage pharmacy compliance, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence

About You:

Be able to do the job as described

Licensed (or eligible) Pharmacist in New Mexico

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; MS, PharmD, or MBA strongly preferred

5+ years of hospital pharmacist experience, including 2+ years in a hospital pharmacy leadership role

Previous experience in a for-profit hospital environment highly preferred
