We are looking for positive, motivated, experienced, hungry Loan Officer Assistant to join our in-office team as we continue growing!
Who we need:
2+ years of loan processing or origination experience absolutely required
NMLS license required
Broker experience preferred but not required
Top notch customer service skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Arive LOS preferred but not required
What you'll be doing:
Interact directly with borrowers and take mortgage applications
Work closely with top loan officers to process applications for mortgage loans
Calculate income
Price and structure loans
Run AUS and gather documents to support AUS findings
Assemble submission packages
