Essential Job Functions
Directs staff in expediting export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing and routing product
Expedites import-export arrangements and maintains current information on import- export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions
Effectively manages difficult client situations
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED
4 or more years industry related experience
2 years supervisory experience
Certification & Licenses
Professional certification may be required in some areas
