Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. What You Get to Do!

•Partner with Leadership to define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with revenue and ROI goals.

•Own and manage the marketing calendar, overseeing campaigns, product launches, promotions, events, and trade shows.

•Develop and analyze email marketing campaigns and automation flows for continued performance improvement.

•Lead internal creative teams to produce compelling, on-brand campaigns that connect with target audiences.

•Collaborate with and manage external partners across digital advertising, SEO, and SEM to optimize spend and performance.

•Drive the evolution of a best-in-class digital shopping experience through disruptive e-commerce strategies.

•Establish and refine marketing processes and systems to maximize program effectiveness.

What You Will Bring…

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

•3–5 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role; experience in the watersports or wake industry a plus.

•Strong background in marketing operations, analytics, and technology platforms.

•Proven ability to build and execute strategies that increase customer engagement and drive sales.

•Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

•Demonstrated leadership in supervising creative teams and mentoring new talent.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
