The Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at BeloForm Craft in Columbus, OH, will be responsible for providing support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Job: Full time - On site

Pay Range: $18.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally

Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

Maintain and update customer records in the company database

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
