Salary:

Parra Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (PM) to oversee the successful execution of projects and ensure contract performance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, driving operational success and stakeholder engagement.

This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Serve as the Contractors main point of contact for overall project performance and execution.

Oversee all aspects of project development and implementation, acting as a single point of contact.

Manage projects from initial concept through final implementation, ensuring successful delivery.

Interface with key stakeholders, including end users, IT services, and client teams, to align project goals.

Define project scope and objectives, developing detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Lead project meetings, track project progress, and conduct performance analysis to ensure milestones are met.

Monitor project funding and burn rates, ensuring financial accountability.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables.

Manage vendor integration, track deliverables, and oversee contract compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in business administration (BA/BBA) or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a government contracting or consulting environment.

Certification: PMP certification preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with executive leadership and clients.

Leadership & Organization: Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive results.

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
