Human Resources Generalist
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

About the Role:
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and talent management. This role ensures our HR practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes in collaboration with department managers
Oversee new hire onboarding, training, and employee recognition programs
Administer and track compliance training, safety programs, and performance assessments
Support payroll, benefits, leave administration, and employee records management
Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Stay up to date on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Maintain and update HRIS and talent management systems
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of HR experience preferred
MUST BE BILINGUAL (fluent in English and Spanish)
SHRM-CP certification a plus
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and talent management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and navigate all departments within the facility
